Thank you for volunteering for my new project, and booking a casting session with me!

Here is all the relevant info you will need to prepare for your session…
You have paid a deposit of £45 which Lydia will refund to you in your session. If you don’t turn up to your appointment your deposit will not be refunded. If you change your mind on participating, or wish to rearrange your session, please email me at hello@lydiareeves.com within 72hrs of your booking, otherwise your deposit will not be able to be refunded.
All the details for your casting, along with a pre-session form are below. You MUST fill this out no later than 1 week before your session. Please make sure you have thoroughly read everything, including the address details below the form. You should receive a confirmation email shortly. Please don’t hesitate to contact me with any additional questions you may have regarding your booking.

The address is: 1 Ellen St, Unit 12, Portslade BN41 1DW
Please be aware there are TWO Ellen streets 5 minutes drive away from each other, follow the postcode, not the street name!
Press the buzzer for Units 5 & 12 when you arrive, and I will let you in, the studio is located up the stairs to your right! We are located about 10 minutes walk away from the Portslade train station, and there is also some parking in the area. If you have any issue locating the studio on the day, you can contact me on: 07845349462
I allow 1 - 2 hours for casting sessions. The actual casting itself takes around 25-60 minutes depending on which areas you are getting cast, but the rest of the time allows for completing my in-studio form, chatting, and looking at all the other amazing casts in my studio!
How to get here
I work to a tight schedule, so please don’t turn up more than 5 minutes early. If you are going to be late please drop me a message.
There is parking all around the industrial estate, it can get quite busy so allow yourself time find a space. Please note: please do not park in DW Electrical or in the spaces directly opposite my studio door on the other side of the road. It is private parking (although there is no sign to state that). Everywhere else on the estate is fine to park!
Your £45 deposit is non-refundable if you cancel less than 72hrs before your session. Please email me at hello@lydiareeves.com within 72hrs if you wish to reschedule, or cancel your session.
Should you want to keep your cast…
For being part of my project, I am offering a 25% discount should you choose to keep your cast! It would be preferable if you paid the rest of the amount owed on the day of casting, but if you’d rather split it into instalments that is also absolutely fine, however this does incur a 2% transaction fee. Please let me know if you’d like to pay in instalments and between us we can work out a timeframe that works for you. You can pay in instalments of between 2-6 monthly payments.
In the event of the casting session terminating prematurely without a cast being completed, due to your own circumstances (such as illness or emergency) your deposit will not be returned, in order to cover my time and materials used.
