LR HQ Cancellation & Rescheduling Policy

Brighton HQ Volunteer Sessions

To secure the casting session when booking, there will be a £45 deposit. This becomes non-refundable 48 hours after booking your session. If you cancel the session after the 48 hour window, the deposit will not be refunded, and will need to re-payed should you book another session in the future

If you need to reschedule the casting session, the deposit is transferrable up to 4 weeks before the session date. If you reschedule the session closer than 4 weeks before the casting you will have to pay another deposit to secure the new booking.
